這是海灘男孩傑克強森所演唱，歌名就叫做〈The 3 R's〉，收錄在2006年發行的專輯《好奇喬治在唱歌》裡。這首歌跟整張專輯一樣富有童趣，輕鬆活潑的曲調，帶出歌詞的重要性。當然這首曲子就是要教人怎樣做環保，由3個R做起：Reduce（垃圾減量）、Reuse（重複使用）、Recycle（資源回收）。除此之外，歌詞裡還玩了有趣的數字遊戲，不會顯的太過說教。值得深深品味。
