Lady Gaga這張《The Fame Monster》專輯，主要是在談「恐懼」。與上一張《The Fame》不一樣，這次是對名、對利，也對追求名利的自己所產生的恐懼，而且還是有點崇拜的感覺。首波主打〈Bad Romance〉是對愛情的恐懼，這首〈Telephone〉想當然爾，就是對電話的恐懼啦！

初聽這首歌，就心有戚戚焉。前陣子很忙，電話一來事情就來了。當我覺得終於結束、可以好好休息的時候，沒想到電話就開始響，事情就自動找上我了！畢竟人也都是凡夫，不可能全然像菩薩一樣慈悲寬容，這種情況多個幾次，"Stop calling Stop calling I don't wanna hear anymore"就這麼唱出來了(笑)。

手機自從發明之後，對人類的生活產生許多改變。以前人們會常常使用答錄機，或是把握可以面對面說話的時間，事先安排時間把事情談妥。現在可好，有了手機，我們隨時隨地都可以打電話找人，於是人們就越來越懶得做規劃。想到再打也可以，幹嘛還要規劃？於是這樣，想到就打，於是隨隨便便就打，也不會事先想好要講什麼。講完終於掛上電話，又發現完全忘記原來要講得事情，又匆匆忙忙打給對方...。於是，有人拒接，有人奪命連環Call，最後雙方都被過多的電話(與電話費)煩死。科技始終來自於惰性，越方便的生活讓人類越不會享受生活，反而被這些便利性搞到瘋掉了。

好像扯遠了？個人感覺，這首歌真的很精彩。我很喜歡這樣的安排，開頭用單純的歌聲破題，再進到重節奏的主旋律。Lady Gaga和Beyonce都不會互相搶鋒頭，反而是將氣氛帶的更High，可看出兩天后惺惺相惜的程度。從〈Video Phone〉到〈Telephone〉，雙姝已是很好的姊妹淘了吧？

後記：台灣討論廢死議題吵的沸沸揚揚，結果這支MV就搞了一個大屠殺出來，有沒有這麼應景？看來下次有人再打電話吵她們就會大開殺戒，歹年冬搞肖郎，難道這年頭要殺人才時尚嗎？
